HMC903, HMC347 and HMC1082: About the through characteristics of phase variation

Hi, 
 Our customer is considering to use HMC903LP3E, HMC347ALP3E and HMC1082LP4E. 
 He is minding about the through characteristics of phase variation. 
 
 Could you provide me with the data of the phase variation when the signal go through ICs? 
 
 He expects the phase variation fits within +15 to -15 degree.

Hi Tomohiro-San,

the information you are looking for is in the s-parameters. The s-parameters on the website for HMC347 and HMC1082 are de-embedded. So the S21 angle value is the input pin to output pin phase. The phase varies with frequency so go to the frequency of interest. The s-parameters on the web for HMC903 are not de-embedded. I will attach the HMC903 de-embedded s-parameters in a separate post.
