Hi,
Can you provide relative phase variation data for the HMC1119 around 3GHz to 3.5GHz (3.5GHz is better)?
Best regards,
Akira
Hi Akira,
this data is in the S-parameter files. Download the zip file of s-parametrs and you will see that there is a separate file for each attenuation state. the input to output phase (S21ang) is the 5th column, after Frequency, S11mag, S11ang and S21mag. This data is in degrees. If you want to make a plot of phase vs attenuation state at 3.5 GHz, then you need to go into each file, navigate to the 3.5 (GHz) row, and take the fifth piece of data from the left. For example, for the 0.5dB file, that data point would be -66.81 degrees.

Hi Akira,
here is the data. In order to make the file size smaller, I decimated the data down so that the frequency steps are large. In the attached file the data is filtered down to 3.5 GHz at 3.3V. However there is data in there from 10 MHz to 6 GHz and also for a supply voltage of 5V. There is data in there for 10 devices.

Hi Eamon,
Thank you so much. But the file name is "HMC7999LP4ME_sparm ... ". Is this data of HMC1119?

Hi Arika,
apologies for the confusion. The file had an internal part number that is used during the pre-release phase. The data is for HMC1119. Just to avoid confusion going forward, I'm attaching the file again, but this time with HMC1119 in the file name.
