PLL DOESN'T LOCK

Hello,

I was testing my application 2 days ago and it was working fine. Then, yesterday i started a test and the register STATUS was saying that PLL isn't locked, it keeps sending me 0x02 value for the STATUS register.

The supply fine, the crystal is fine. I just can't figure out what is happening.

Hi Pedro,
does the device appear to be operating normally otherwise. Are you able to set the operating mode to supply, shutdown, standby and sleep and see that the supply current is at the expected levels. This is one indicator of a damaged part. Do you have an evaluation board for the part and is it running normally (or are you testing the part on the evaluation board?)?
