ADL5513 temperature compensation with a single resistor

Thread Summary

The user inquired about adjusting the Tadj pin voltage on the ADL5513 by connecting a single resistor to ground. The support engineer measured the Tadj to ground resistance at 15.383 kΩ and the Tadj voltage at 0.8998 V, estimating Vinternal to be around 1.9 V. Due to the close proximity of the Tadj voltage to 0.9 V, it's recommended to use a resistor divider between supply and ground with a total resistance of around 3 kΩ to avoid sensitivity to internal resistance variations.

Hello,

I am connecting Comm pin to ground. I would like to adjust the voltage of Tadj pin by connecting a single resistor to ground, which will divide Vinternal to an optimum value.  What are the values of the internal top and bottom resistors at the Tadj pin? Or do you offer a table which is similar to the AD8317 datasheet (Table 4, recommended RTadj values)?
