Hi,
There is a graph of relative phase in the data sheet of HMC346AMS8GE. And, I understand that there is a large variation in the control voltage vs. attenuation of this product depending on the individual. If the frequency and attenuation are the same, will the relative phase be the same value regardless of the control voltage for different units? If there is variation, how much is it?
I would like you to provide any data on the individual variation of attenuation vs. relative phase.

Hi Okasaka-San,
I am attaching some S-Parameter data for multiple devices which will help to answer your question. I have filtered the data at one frequency so that all of the devices have roughly the same insertion loss (S21a). You can look at the corresponding phase (S21p) to see how much the phase varies when the insertion loss is roughly the same for each part.
