On datasheet Figure 45, an overdrive recovery time of 30us is expected when a 15dBm 12GHz signal is present at RFIN pin.
If ADL8143 is disabled at RBIAS pin and a 15dBm 12GHz signal is present at RFIN pin, what is the overdrive recovery time after the 15dBm 12GHz signal is removed at RFIN pin and RBIAS pin is enabled? Thanks.
I'll refer figure 51 of the datasheet. There you'll find overdrive recovery timings (enable and disable) for a small signal input. Beware it includes delays due to controller ADG719 that is few tens of ns.
The enable and disable times are not necessarily the same for all amplifiers but for ADL8143 they are very similar. We also expect similar enable/disable timings with the large signal (15dBm). The enable and disable time with 15 dBm input is both ~30us.
