Hello Swarna,

Those values are given with respect to the used PCB Material as part of the output matching network. T1 and T2 are used as inductors and together with C9 they form a T-network impedance matching circuitry. As stated in datasheet, it is optimized for 1900 & 2100 MHz frequency range.

Thanks for the reply. Shall I use same values if I use the equivalent material (ITERA MT 40 in our case). If not how to calculate those, please provide the details

As stated in Datasheet, values are given for RO4350B of 10mil thickness. You should use a Transmission line calculator to calculate your substrate's 50ohm width and adjust the length of T1 and T2 to give the same electrical lengths for your design. As your substrate (MT40) have a different Dk value and possibly different thickness than what we used (RO4350B 10mil) in EVB design, physical length for the respective matching circuitry will be different.

I should adjust the physical length of Tl1 & TL2 with constant electrical length as mentioned in the datasheet.
