Good afternoon,


I am working on a beamforming system using multiple HMC631. I was wondering if there is a minimum recommended distance that should be kept while placing the chips on the PCB. The working frequency will be 2.4GHz.

    Hi Frank,
    

    there is no specific requirement to keep the devices a certain distance apart. I assume that you are worried about signal leakage between the devices.
