 Could you provide me with the S-Parameter of only HMC797APM5E and range is DC to 22GHz?

 the s-parameter dataset on the web is already de-embedded and includes s-parameters from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Does this dataset go low enough in frequency to meet the customer's needs?
