HMC8073 Settling time

Question

Hello, 
 I want to use the HMC8073 in a project for digital attenuation. 
 I can not find the settling time of the device in the datasheet, how much time does it need to adjuste the new attenuation value after the serial interface command? Is the maximum clock frequency of the serial interface really up to 200 MHz (1 / 5 ns) ?

Hi, 
 
 The on/off settling time where the RF amplitude settles to 90% of its final value, is denoted as 260ns and it is referenced to the LE pulse right after the SPI programming is done. As for the clock interface, minimum period is 5ns, you are correct.)
