    Hey,
    

    We do not have measured second and third harmonic data for the ADPA9002. However, I can direct the customer to estimated results available through the ADIsimRF analysis tool. This tool employs textbook equations, utilizing IP2 and IP3 data to estimate HD2 and HD3. The correlation between HD2 estimates from ADIsimRF and actual bench measurements has been shown to be reasonable when compared to harmonics measured in the lab.

    Below are the formulas used to calculate second and third harmonics:
    Third Harmonic (est.) [*dBc*] = IMD3 – 9.54
    Second Harmonic (est.) [*dBc*] = IMD2 – 6
    

    Both Second Harmonic and Third Harmonic values are expressed in dBc, the same unit as IMD2 and IMD3.
