Regarding the S-parameters of the ADL5611

Question

Regarding the S-parameters of the ADL5611 
 Regarding the S-parameters of the AMP available from the website. 
 Are the S-parameters for the IC alone? Or are they obtained using an evaluation board or something (I'm concerned about the dip in the characteristics at 130 MHz).

Hi UBOTI, 
 I see the dip in figure 9 and I also see the dip in the s2p file. The s2p file has the evaluation board de-embedded from the data. So, the dip is inherent to the ADL5611.
