Hello,
I'm looking for the approximate Vgg to get between 200mA-250mA quiescent current?
I'm using the part in a design and I don't need the published specs which would be effected by having a slightly lower gate voltage. Is there a typical value to shoot for like ADI lists with many of their other parts? My only alternative would be to get an eval board for this part to get an appropriate voltage and I would like to avoid that for this application.
