The ADL5602+HMC637BPM5E total Gain are not enough 40dB.

HMC637BPM5E is 12V Vdd,Could ADI has VDD=5V OR 6V?

                        There are parts that operate at 5 V but you will not get the 40 dB of gain you need, and they require external matching.

The Hmc637 B is single supply and requires no external matching.

Data sheet show it is 12V single bias.Did you typo the part number?

                     The HMC637BPM5E is 12 V. That is the part recommend for you as it is internally matched.

For 5 V parts:  https://www.analog.com/en/products/hmc452st89.html   13-15 dB gain.  https://www.analog.com/en/products/hmc453st89.html   12-14 dB gain   https://www.analog.com/en/products/adl5604.html   18-20 dB gain in your band.

Please note these 5 V parts require external matching. You will need to develop a matching circuit for your particular frequency band as There is not a matching circit already developed for your particular frequency range.

Analog Devices does provide de-embedded S-Parameters on the product page to assist you in your design efforts.

None of the parts I have to offer will get you 40 dB of gain when combined with the ADL5536.

 Are ADL5536+ADL5604 the best solution from ADI existing parts?

ADL5536 operating 20MHz~1GHz. Our frequency range is 900MHz~1.25GHz.

                        ADL5602 & ADL5604 would be a better combination. ADL5536 gain is already rolling of to 17dB at 1200 MHz.
