Hello,
For our application the IF frequency is about 1.9 GHz and our RF frequency range is between 14 to 14.5 GHz.
The datasheet of the ADMV4630 mentions that the IF range of the device is between 3 GHz to 5 GHz. Does this range is limited by LO frequency or IF circuit BW?
For example could we program the LO to frequency of 12.6 GHz to up-convert IF frequency of 1.9 GHz to 14.5 GHz?
I expect that we could have lower gain, but could we program the LO to such a out of range frequency and what would be the implications on the phase noise and performance of the device?
