Product Number: HMC870
Hi everyone
I'd like to know if there is a recommendation for a bias controller IC (at least among HMC980/981/920, or something else) for the HMC870LC5 given the fact that its gate voltage needs to be tunable for crosspoint adjustement. If yes, how would the adjustement be implemented ?
I assume it does not make sense to have Vctrl (for output amplitude adjustment) controlled through such an active bias controller, is that correct ?
I'd be very happy to get any feedback about this.
