ADF4351 EVB with Excel VBA ?

Hi all, 
 Our customer is thinking about controlling the ADF4350/1 evaluation board with Excel VBA. I've looked through other EZ threads, but I couldn't find anything about controlling a PLL evaluation board with Excel VBA. Can anyone give me any advice on the above, such as past performance or support information?
