HMC1049LP5E
Production
The HMC1049LP5E is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier
(LNA) that operates between 0.3 GHz and 20 GHz. This LNA
provides 15 dB of small signal gain, 1.8 dB...

The datasheet for this LNA does not give information about the gate bias current. I am designing a gate driver and need to know how much current it will need to source. I assume this is < 1mA, but some data would be nice to have. I do not have a dev board to test.
Hi Paul,
During validation, while power testing under RF sweep (and over temperature), we observed a nothing above -0.3mA for Igg. From the parts measured, we actually didn't see above -0.23mA but to be conservative I would say -0.3mA is a good number.
Thanks,
