Throughput Latency

                     I'm not sure what you mean by latency throughput. Could explain what you mean by throughput latency?

The time it takes a signal to propagate through the device.

The signal hits the input pin, clock starts. Pin 1.

The signal is amplified. Clock is running.

The signal appears on the output  pin of the device.   Pin 3.  Clock stops

Assume mid point of the rising edge of a sinusoid begins the clock.

Mid point of the leading edge of the amplified sinusoid stops the clock.

Atto seconds?

Femto seconds

pico seconds

nano seconds?

                   The latency through put is something that we have not measured for the RF amplifiers in ADI's portfolio.

There is an evaluation board available for purchase so you could evaluate the part to determine suitability for your application.
