Hi,
I have faced some problem while I am testing the HMC981LP3E, I have configured the HMC for driving the LNA (TGA2567-SM). It has three voltage levels of VG2 and VGATE and VDRAIN. During the turn ON condition we are not getting the drain voltage, but VG2 and VGATE voltages are coming. We have provided the feedback at VGATEFB and VNEGFB for proper biasing of LNA according to the excel sheet. Can you help me out to solve this issue.
