Issue with VDrain

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: HMC920

I used the application note for the HMC920 and the HMC920 Calculator to determine the component values. For the MMA_005022 amplifier, I set VDrain to 5V, IDrain to 220mA, VGate to -2.7V, and VDIG to 3.5V in the calculator.

I designed the circuit according to the calculated component values and provided a 5V supply to the ABC. However, during prototype testing, I encountered an issue: the VDIG voltage reads 2.6V instead of the expected 3.5V. Additionally, the Enable pin also shows 2.6V, and with VDD at 5V, the circuit is not functioning correctly. Moreover, I’m seeing -1V at Vneg.

But now after removing passive components from VDig, I m getting VDig and En to 3.5V,, but my Vdrain is having O output

Could you kindly advise whether this could be due to an issue with the calculator, a limitation of the device, or a possible design flaw on my end?

I look forward to your prompt assistance.
