I would like to use MAX2016 instead of AD8302 for a measurement of gain at 13.56Mhz.AD8302 is perturbed by EM in my application :there is a high phase lag (0.5 to 0.7ms), a saturation of gain measurement in some cases, and a high noise when close circuits switch.
First, i put a resistor of R3=75kohm in the evaluation board in order to increase the slope of OUTD to 118mV/dB approx. But OUTD saturates at about 2.7V whatever the powers at RFINA and RFINB.
Is there another modification to apply in order to increase the slope? on AD8302, the modification of the slope should come with a modification of the center voltage so that the measurement dynamic remains centered on 0dBm.Should we do the same on MAX2016? and how?
Do you have recommendations in order to reduce the sensitivity of MAX2016 and AD8302 to external EM perturbations?
