Hello,
I am using the ADL5513 to detect the output level of an HPA.
I am curious about how the ADL5513 detects the RF output level.
For example, if three frequencies with different levels are input into the ADL5513, does the ADL5513 detect only the highest level among the three input frequencies,
or does it detect the average value of the three frequency?
I could not find an explanation for this in the datasheet.
I look forward to a response from someone who knows.
Hi, ADL5513 does not offer frequency selection and detects all signals at its input. If you input 3 RF signals at 3 different frequencies, the output will indicate the sum of all 3 RF signal levels.
The three signals input to the ADL5513 differ in both frequency and level.
