When we got it, we didn’t apply any voltage on the VDD pins, but when we applied the Vgg in blocking level (-5V), measuring the impedance on the Vdd1 it was stable at 10 ohms, regardless of the Vgg level. we cannot use it.
It's not clear to me how to fix this.
