4X2 Matrix, used as 4x4 Matrix

I want to use the HMC596LP4 as a 4x4 matrix at 1-2GHz at system impedance of 50 ohms. I have attached the information the datasheet provides on how to do this, however I am a little confused by the language and was wondering if anyone has actually used this chip as a 4x4 matrix and can provide some guidance on the physical layout/ characteristic impedance of the input traces. 

I am using a resistive splitter to split each of the inputs, and then a castellation board to cross all the traces over each other. I am inverting the logic inputs as suggested to make a layout more straightforward. However the guidance says to use 62.5 ohm characteristic impedance for the input, and 75 ohms for the output. Should I change the output of the resistive splitters GCPWG to 62.5 ohms? Or does it not really matter since there is a DC blocking capacitor anyway right before the input pins. Same question for the output pins.

Currently I am just doing 50 ohm CPWGs everywhere with attenuators on each input and output to help with impedance matching (placed right before the DC blocking capacitors).

I am looking for more guidance on the recommended way to implement this part as a 4x4 matrix. Thanks!
