Hi,
Our customer is using Eval-board of HMC797APM5E.
He measured power at ambient temperature +85 deg C and -30 deg C.
I show the result of measurement of power.
[Conditions]
Vdd = 10V
Vgg1 = -0.485 (Idd=400mA)
Vgg2 = 3.5V
Range of Measure: 6 to 18GHz
Please see the red circles in the above pictures, so the output power is waving.
Why does occur the such as phenomenon at ambient 85 deg C and -30 deg C?
If you know the reason of those phenomenon occuring, please tell me it.
And if you know how to solve those phenomenon, please tell me it, too.
