Hi,
May I know what is the absolute max RF input power for ADL8105 when it is not power on (i.e. VDD=0V)? Thanks.

Hi OlivP,
We have not characterized the max RF Pin AMR when the amplifier is not biased. So we cannot make a commitment to a value without testing.
That being said, In general, an LNA GaAs amplifier like ADL8105 can handle higher RF input power levels when they are fully unbiased. Do you have a target RFin you are looking for?
Thanks,
