ADTR1107 on Analog.com
Hi team,
We have interfaced ADAR1000 with 4 ADTRs 1107. We are facing an issue with RX gain of ADTR1107.
Expected Gain : 16dB
Observed : 7dB
As per eval kit of ADTR1107(page 3) TX power-up sequence, we are populating .txt file for channel 1 max gain @ 45Deg and then observing the RF output.
We tried many iterations such as
1. following proper sequencing
2. very low loss RF cables
But this issue has not been resolved yet.
Do we have to populate other registers too apart from the said 12 registers ??
We need some more information before we can diagnose what is the problem.
Its being measured in our custom board.
ADAR1000 in our custom board is also being set for maximum gain settings.
As per datasheet ADTR1107 LNAs have 18dB (typ) gain. We observed gain of 0dB for some LNAs or in one ADTR1107 we saw 7dB gain.
We are measuring with Spectrum Analyser, for RF input of -20dBm.
Alongwith this some more observations;
