Thank you for your reply.

What I would like to know is the RECOMMENDED SOLDER PAD in the red frame in the image below.
I think the attached PDF is a diagram of the outer diameter of the IC and the dimensions of the pin itself.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a PDF of the dimensions of the RECOMMENDED SOLDER PAD for the HMC1122.
