We have characterized performance at 24V, 28V, and 32V rails. So you could say your tolerance on the 28V rail is +/-4V. But there are performance shifts when you change the supply rail. These are shown in figures 8, 12, 14, 24, 25, 28, 35, 44. Some of them (like noise figure) don’t change very much but others (like gain) can be more significant.
