Hi, I'm setting up a thermal simulation using this component and do not know whether the thermal resistance value Rjc provided on the datasheet is referring to the top or bottom of the component case. The component has a pad on the bottom, so is it likely this value is referring to the bottom of the case? Can someone confirm whether it is top or bottom? Thanks!
