                 In the downloaded archive, there is a folder named 3D, the step file is in that folder, named 3D.

This is not for evaluation board, it is for the chip only.

                We don't have a 3D board model. Our focus is the chip. The board is offered as a tool for evaluation the chip, not a primary product.
