Hello
Looking for the noise figure specs for the AD831 when operated below 70 Mhz. Data sheet stops at 70 Mhz. Plan to operate the mixer at 8.5 to 9.0 Mhz RF in, 5.5 to 5.0 Mhz LO and 3.4 M hz IF. How will the device perform here as a small signal second mixer in a receiver ?
