I Q signals connection

Question

I want to send I Q(I+ I-, Q+ Q-) signals from LTC5584 to ADL5390. LTC5584 I Q signals are driven with 3.5V while ADL5390 I Q pins are driven by 0.5V. How can I connect the two components when they are driven by a different voltage?

LTC6409 Datasheet and Product Info | Analog Devices can be used to level-shift LTC5584's outputs to ADL5390's inputs. Using 5V supply, the LTC6409's input common-mode voltage range is 0-3.5V and its output common-mode voltage is 0.5-3.5V.)
