Is it possible to use a 10 MHz external PLL reference frequency for the ADMV4420? The datasheet shows 50 MHz typical but does not show a minimum or maximum. Same question for the ADMV4540.

Yes, 10MHz external reference is possible. You will need to verify phase noise performance meets requirements and/or modify loop filter/charge pump current.
