Differential Input

Question

Can the AD8318 can be used with differential inputs? 
 I see this question has been asked before but I don't see a definitive answer anywhere. 
 The datasheet is not clear. 
 We have a project on a small PCB that has 2 AD8318s and an ADF5355. We are having feedthrough noise issues and are wondering if a fully differential signal chain would help solve them.

Hi Mark, do you see VCO feedtrough or reference feedtrough? ADF5355's fundamental VCO feedtrough and RFOUTB's feedthrough are demonstrated on the datasheet. do you see greater levels compared to the datasheet? I can remind you that these values can be seen when the RFOUTB is disabled from the register.
