Hi,
Outline Drawing is described on page 5 of HMC564 Data sheet.
It has "Hittite" printed on it, but the one I purchased also has the year printed above it (for example 20xx) and the letters below it (AHxx).
Does this year mean the year of manufacture?
What do the letters AHxx mean?
