Question

HI 
 i need to generate 10 GHZ using the HMC734 VCO but by looking in the data sheet the interface of the pins in the pins interface is different from that in the application section 
 i don't know any interface i should flow

Hello, 
 
 The interface schematic shows the internal (IC) schematic for each pin. 
 You should follow the application circuit. If you need 10GHz RFout, then apply ~8.5 V Vtune level, instead of 5V (referencing to application circuit)
