Hi,
I want to use the HMC574A RF Switch, controlled by a microcontroller with 3.3V output voltage. I want to increase the input power for 1 dB compression by connecting A and B to 5V power with pull-up resistors, so the logic voltage will be 5V when the GPIO is in open-drain mode.
There is no information in the datasheet when both A and B are in '1' logic.
