Hello. I'd like to ask if all HMC862A datasheet parameters are given for a single-ended input and single-ended output configuration? In particular, RF Input Power Range, Output Power vs. Sine Wave Input Frequency plots and max. RF Input Power (+13 dBm)? In addition, what is behavior of Pout vs. Pin (assuming that Pin is within Allowable Range of Input Power), is Pout held at fairly constant level?

    yes, the measurements and signal levels in the datasheet are for single-ended input and single-ended output. 
    up to 6GHz, the output is nearly independent from the input signal level. after 8 GHz output starts to decrease compared to the input max level and input min level, for 12 GHz, you can see a 1dB difference related to input power level variation.  These values are for N=1 divide ratio.
