ADMV8818 Residual Phase Noise

Question

Hi, 
 I'm currently working with ADMV8818-EVAL and I would like to know the test set up for testing residual phase noise of this chip.

Hi lee, 
 Here's some resources on the residual phase noise measurement. The ADMV8818 phase noise was collected similar to figure 7 in Keysight App Note 5990-5729. The through path contained a phase shifter and the DUT filtered path had attenuator pads with the HMC606LC5 Amplifier to allow for setting the appropriate power level into the N5500A phase noise test equipment.
