HMC863ALC4 is a power amplifier and the Vgg1 pin is biased by negative voltage from -3V to 0V. To maintain the correct power sequence, Can we use HMC980、HMC981 or HMC920 to control this part? Which is the best option? Or can you introduce me a good solution or reference design and document?
