Hi, 
 HMC863 is a power amplifier and the Vgg1 pin is biased by negative voltage from -3V to 0V. To maintain the correct power sequence, Can we use HMC980 、 HMC981 or HMC920 to control this part? Which is the best option? Or can you introduce me a good solution or reference design and document?

Hi Jerry, 
 The HMC980 would be the best choice for biasing the HMC863A. The HMC980 apply the correct sequencing for the HMC863A. I've attached links to the HMC980 product page, The configuration calculator and an app note. 
 The calculator will determine the correct resistor values needed for your desired bias current. 
 An important point to remember when using the HMC980 is you need to select a current level that will allow you to reach your desired output power level.
