Hi,
Where can I find temperature data for HMC751? In order to simulate my system I require S-parameters, gain, IIP3, 1dBcp and saturation power output for cold/hot temperature.
Is this data available somewhere?
thanks,
Gil.

Hi Gil,
Are you asking for the raw data of the plots presented on the datasheet? We have some data over temperature (all in separate excel files). It would take some leg work to put something together for you. Can I ask for some more info about your application?
Thanks,
DanO

Hi Dan,
Thanks for the fast reply.
I am working on a satellite RF chain and need to simulate in different temperatures. I could only find S-parameters file and other data for room temperature and would like to have them also for different temperatures so I can simulate using Keysight Genesys.
Hi Gil,
This is going to take some effort to provide S-par, IP3, P1dB, and Psat data over temperature. If I can put this together, it will be in excel. Is that alright? Also, we may need to go through email for the time being and I can post useful data here after we go through it. Lastly, you have any information about the potential business opportunity here?
Thanks,
Dan
