How to use FPGA control ADF4106 realize that the register input values of the ADF4106 can be set and transformed according to the frequency of the FPGA

Are you using ADF4106 Evaluation board or you are just incorporating the ADF4106 chip into your system? The ADI PLL software is only compactible with the Evaluation board.

Can you confirm if you purchased the ADF4106 board on the right from analog.com?

This appears to be different from the evaluation board available online at: EVAL-ADF4106 Evaluation Board | Analog Devices

The datasheet can be used to derive all calculations for register values. Page 11 outlines the calculation for the N-divider value.

For our internal software we are not able to distribute the source code.
