I'm DFAE, I have received a question from my customer. He has PCB mounting issue about LGA package of ADRF5023BCCZN. He would like to get the detailed information of LGA. Could ypu please tell me the sizes of "X", "Y", "Z1" and "Z2" in the attached document?

The X and Y dimensions are available in the datasheet. Please refer to the POD section.
In terms of Z1 and Z2, we typically do not provide them in the datasheet. May I know why the customer needs this information?
For the LGA package soldering, we provide a summary talking about LGA landing pattern recommendations. Please forward it to the customer.
