Please tell me about the digital part of ADRF6703.
1: LOSEL is input level +3.3V, but this signal is internal Are there other supplies besides buffers?
2: If the internal buffer fails regardless of the LOSEL setting,Will it result in PLL unlock or RFOUT stop?
3: Is the digital I/O power generated internally?
4:Approximately what is the withstand voltage of the transistors or FETs that make up the internal buffer? Or can I check it from the datasheet?
