ALT test is going to be conducted at the customer company.
It is planned to proceed under the chamber temperature of 85 degrees, and the package temp of the parts is expected to reach 100 degrees or more.
Customer ask if there are any problems when the ALT test is conducted under these conditions.
(The customer condition is that 6EA samples must be operated normally for more than 50 days.)
