I measure the resistance between vdd and ground of HMC1121 when all the chip pins are floating. The Rds value is almost zero. When I Power on the chip with hmc980 used as power management chip (without rf in signal) hmc980 quickly went over-current. I wonder if the Rds value should be zero in floating mode? and what is a typical Rds value when Vgate is supplied with -2v?
