AD8318 detector output voltage when there is no signal?

Hi. 
 I am using AD8318 Detector. 
 The test results show good dynamic range. 
 The problem is that the output voltage is more than 2V when there is no load. 
 Please check if this is correct.

yes, that is correct. This detector has got negative slope vs. power. See also figure 2 in the datasheet)
